Delivery Services
As part of our delivery service, we will contact you the day before your scheduled delivery time, with a three hour window for when your delivery will arrive. Delivery charges, once goods are received, are non-refundable. Our delivery team will only be responsible for the product that is on the invoice. Please have your space prepared to receive your new furniture as we will not move existing product to make way for the new items. We will not be responsible for damages to the space or the furniture should you insist on us forcing the furniture into the area.
We believe in creating an environment that is sanitary and safe for our employees. For these purposes, we do not handle mattresses or box springs that are not in mattress bags supplied by our store. For the safety of our drivers we require that you provide a safe environment to complete the delivery. At the discretion of the delivery team, they can cancel a delivery if their safety is impaired. An additional delivery fee will be applied to the order for the re-delivery of the product. Our drivers are also required to keep their boots on throughout the entire delivery – we apologies for the inconvenience.
Customer Pick-ups
Product can be picked up at our warehouse located at 21 Topple Drive. We require 40 minutes to prepare your order for pick up. Please call to advise us of the pick- up and we will prepare the paper work for you. To help facilitate your pick up experience, please have a copy of your ID and your invoice. All items being picked up must be inspected and signed off that they are in good condition. It is your responsibility to bring any packing material required to safely transport the product. We will not be responsible for any damages that are incurred after the product has left our facility.
