Refund policy

We specialize in custom upholstery and home furnishings, which are designed to suit a particular interior décor. We do not accept returns on Custom Orders. Arrival dates on Custom Orders and items that are not in stock are estimates only as there are factors involved beyond our control. Deposits of 40% are required before any product can be ordered, this deposit is non-refundable. All balances must be paid in full before delivery or pick up. Delivery dates can only be scheduled after all balances are paid in full.

In-stock, core items, can be returned within 48 hours of delivery. If our delivery service is required an additional delivery fee will be applied to the order. The original delivery fee will not be refunded.

All Clearance and discontinued product must be inspected on the sales floor and are not subject to manufacture warranties. All sales of these products are final. All sales on mattresses are final without the purchase of the Comfort Guarantee.
